Randy and Susan Hines started R M Hines Group in May of 2003. While Susan is the owner and operations manager, Randy heads up marketing and sales.

Randy Hines and Lane Allen, Senior Account Manager, have worked for two premier promotional products agencies: Fletcher-Barnhardt & White and Wood Associates. Their combined tenure in this industry spans over 30 years.
