A small private liberal arts college in South Carolina wanted to thank their annual donors with a gift that would be custom and unique to the college.
Our Solution: Develop a custom miniature replica of one of the historic buildings on campus. Through attending trade shows in Hong Kong we found a factory that specialized in miniature creations.
The factory had the ability to meet our needs through emailed photography. Once photos where submitted the factory presented line drawings, then full color art renditions until the client was satisfied we had achieved a true miniature replica. Then one last fail-safe, a proof, was made before the mold was hardened for client approval so changes could be made if necessary to achieve perfection. The first replica was so well received that our services were contracted over the next 4 years to replicate all the campus’s historical buildings. Also, we designed custom unique packaging to protect the replica for its long journey and to give it that extra boost in perceived value.
